HireVue is a pioneer in video recruitment. Founded in Utah in 2004, HireView was among the first software companies to offer asynchronous video interviews. HireVue is widely known within the HR-community and has a strong customer base in the United States and in other Anglo-Saxon markets. It offers a comprehensive video-interview platform with additional assessments that can be booked for additional fees. In the past, HireVue has experimented with video-based AI-algorithms. However, after experiencing quality issues with its AI, HireVue abandoned some of its AI-technology and expanded into game-based assessments, coding challenges, and conversational AI instead.
