Retorio vs. Pymetrics

Retorio offers an in depth artificial intelligence to analyze candidates from a short video interview. Unlike Retorio's video interview solution, Pymetrics combines neuroscience games and AI for pre-employment assessment.
 
Current top employees will first play the games to which candidates' results are later compared, which may be problematic from diversity recruiting point of view, especially in case of homogenic group of current employees. Therefore Retorio concentrates to compare the objective results to pre-defined task and organizational fit criteria set by hiring managers and recruiters.
