Traitify claims to be faster than conventional assessments with similar results in terms of validity and reliability.
 
Using a groundbreaking AI and fine-tuned through millions of prior observations, Retorio's video recruiting and training platform offers deep insights into personality, job-fit, and culture-fit. In contrast to its competition, Retorio’s AI directly analyzes language, voice, and facial expression through neural networks.
