Retorio vs. Traitify

Retorio offers an in depth artificial intelligence to analyze candidates from a short video interview. US-based Traitify's pre-employment assessment analyses candidates' personality by showing  them pictures and personality traits or situations, and asking candidates to answer whether the trait presented describes them or not. 
 
These two providers have very different approaches to the same problem - to reveal the personality behind the CV. The game-based online recruiting tools can provide a new kind of fun candidate experience, while video might be more appealing to some candidate groups. Like Retorio, Traitify's solution is also based on scientifically proven Big Five personality analysis. However, when given the opportunity to choose the answer, the end analysis might end up being candidates' own perception of themselves instead of conducting more objective analysis from actual performance.
