Job Description

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for Retorio’s online presence and lead generation strategy via all relevant channels.



  • Owning the company’s online marketing activities and validating lead generation channels
  • Coordinating and supervising young talents to form a performance-driven, results-oriented Marketing team
  • Driving digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, PR, content, PPC, and media buying
  • Measuring and tracking the success of campaigns against KPIs and optimizing when necessary    
  • Optimizing the website and regularly planning improvements, including increasing the conversion rate
  • Defining and researching our buyer personas in depth
  • Planning and writing content for landing pages to be used in lead acquisition campaigns
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Establishing partnerships with external partners (e.g., online magazines, companies, influencers)



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Business, Economics or a related program  
  • 2+ years of work experience in Digital Marketing (preferably generalist role)
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in people management       
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and preferably with HubSpot/WordPress
  • Experience with demand generation campaigns
  • Experience with PPC campaigns, content management, social media, and SEO
  • Fluent spoken and written English language skills (C2 or native)
  • Strategic thinking, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently
  • Solution-oriented way of thinking and can-do attitude
  • Leadership and communication skills, as well as passion for management
