Retorio is a Munich-based AI coaching platform, spun out of TU Munich, Uni Tokyo, and MIT, and one of the pioneers of the market. We make salespeople and service teams better at the one thing machines can't do: earning human trust. Our AI simulates realistic client conversations, analyzes behavior against a scientifically validated framework, and coaches reps into trusted advisors who win deals.

Application review. Read directly by the hiring manager, no HR filter in between.

First interview (30–60 min). Mutual fit, your ambitions, honest answers about us.

Deep dive with your future team (60 min). Your craft, with the people you would work with.

Founder conversation (30–60 min). Values and trajectory.

Management conversation (30 min). Final alignment with the leadership team.
