Session generator
Your battle card goes in. A runnable coaching session comes out.
Turn the material you already have into a session your team can practise this week.
Nobody writes a script. You describe the call.
An enablement lead builds a price objection session in one sitting. She names the behaviours she wants to see, picks who the rep talks to, and writes four sentences. The AI writes the scenario, the scoring scheme and the briefing.
Every session is a real-time conversation, on a video or a phone call. Four modes set how much help the rep gets, from Guided, with stage-by-stage checkboxes, to Natural, a fully open conversation.
One line per behaviour, one of the four skills to score it against. Beginning, main part and end: each stage needs at least one goal before the builder moves on.
A counterpart with a personality and an attitude, and the group of reps this is for. Both come from galleries, or you build your own.
Four sentences typed the way you would say them to a colleague. The AI turns them into the learning goal, the session briefing and the session goal. Pick a tone, or write your own.
The AI has mapped your goals onto the three stages. Every line stays editable, and this is what the rep is scored against.
Save it, give it a name, and it sits as a draft beside the module's other sessions. Publish one session or the whole module. Both are reversible.

Four ways to practise the same conversation
Every session is a real-time conversation; pick how much guidance the rep gets.
- GuidedStage-by-stage guidance with instruction checkboxes. For reps new to the scenario.

- RevealThe rep leads freely and is still evaluated against your instructions.

- TestNo hints. Evaluated against your instructions to assess readiness.

- NaturalFully open, evaluated against behavioural goals. Closest to a real call. Needs multimodal feedback switched on.

From a brief to a runnable session
One paragraph of context in your own words. The AI writes the learning goal, the session briefing, the session goal, the stage goals and the behavioural tasks, and every line stays editable.

Behaviours as suggestions
Starter goals arrive as chips. Click one and it fills the description and pairs it with a skill, or write your own.
- Stage goals without a second briefBeginning, main part and end are derived from the session goal and the persona already chosen, not from another prompt.
- Behavioural tasks per stageConcrete actions tied to the stage goal and tagged with the skill they build, generated into the task slots.
- Four conversation modesGuided, Reveal, Test and Natural, from stage-by-stage guidance with instruction checkboxes to a fully open conversation closest to a real call.
- A tone for every fieldThe learning goal, the session briefing and the session goal each come back in a professional or a catchy tone, or you write your own.
- Every line stays editableNothing the AI writes is locked. A coach can rewrite any field before the session is published.
- A flow you can rearrangeThe session appears as a timeline with a toolbox, so a coach can place a video or a text card around the conversation.
- Live in the same weekA product launch, a pricing change or a new competitor becomes practice in the same week rather than the next cycle.
- Reuse what you already paid forExisting decks and battle cards become the input, so material that was read once becomes a conversation a rep has five times.
- One build, 14 languagesScenario content is auto-translated from a single source into all 14 supported languages, so a regional rollout is one programme.
- Context, not a templateThe session is tailored to your goal, your material and the persona it runs against, down to the pricing change it quotes.
- The format follows the jobVideo call or phone call, chosen per session to fit the conversation the rep will actually have.
- Results roll into AnalyticsAssign a session to a cohort and the results appear in Analytics as people work through it.

Scenarios
Built from your material, and the research you ask for.
Your enablement team briefs the coach on the goal and uploads the product sheet, the battle card or the pricing rules. When you ask, the coach adds public competitor research and shows where each point came from. In the role play itself, the counterpart answers only from the material you approved.

Counterparts
The customer your reps dread, in the language they sell in.
93 photorealistic avatars, 38 voices and 14 languages. You set the persona's background, its attitude towards your company and how hard it pushes, then reuse it across scenarios. The rep in Lisbon and the rep in Munich practise against the same standard.

Frequently asked questions
What kind of input actually works?
Anything that describes the situation and what a good response looks like: battle cards, objection lists, launch briefs, playbook sections. Material written for a human to read works better than a slide of bullet fragments, because the generator has more to work with.
Who owns the quality of the session?
You do, and that is deliberate. The generator drafts, your enablement lead reviews and edits before it goes to a cohort. Teams that skip the review step get generic sessions.
How long does a first programme really take?
Generating a session is minutes. Standing up a programme worth rolling out takes as long as agreeing what good looks like, which is a people problem rather than a software one. We walk through the setup process in the demo with your actual timeline.
Do we need integrations first?
No. The platform runs standalone, and results are exportable when you want them elsewhere.
Can we upload documents, or do we paste?
Both. Upload the battle card, the product sheet or the playbook section, or paste the text, and the session is built from it.
What makes a good scenario?
It combines your world (products, customers, typical situations and your language) with Retorio's behaviour taxonomy and knowledge of which behaviour works when. The scenario drives the role play, sets the target behaviour for the feedback and lays the foundation for reporting, so whatever is missing in it cannot be added later.
